TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

All Intensive Spanish Courses, Summer Courses and Superintensive Courses (including Bildungsurlaub) are subject to a minimum booking of 3 students. If there are less than 3 students in a class, the lessons will be reduced as follows: 

  1 student enrolled   2 students enrolled 
Intensive Spanish Courses 20 lessons of 45’ 

(15 hours per week) 

 10 lessons of 45’ 

(7.5 hours per week) 

15 lessons of 45’  

(11 hours per week) 

Bildungsurlaub 20 + 10 individual lessons of 45’ 

(Includes educational and socio-cultural activities) 

30 lessons of 45 minutes 

(22 – 23 hours per week) 

 

 Academic year courses 

Four Ways reserves the right to decide whether to cancel the courses that have less than three applicants. In this case, if the payment for the course has already been made, the student will receive a full refund. 

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT 

To complete the enrolment for the course the students must send: 

  • Completed online application form. 
  • Deposit of 145 via bank transfer or credit card. This money will be deducted from the total cost of the course. 

Once we receive the application form and the payment of the deposit, the school will confirm the reservation and will send to the student all the necessary information and documents. 

The rest of the payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment (credit card) two weeks before the beginning of the course. 

The tailored courses and class packages must be paid in advance. 

In the academic year courses, the payment must be made monthly in advance.

We need to receive a proof of payment. 

LEVEL TEST 

The students must send the online level test before the course starts. This allows us to know the students level in Spanish and assign them a place in the corresponding group. The students that have not done the test in advance will have to do it on the first day of the course, causing a delay in the beginning of it. 

INSURANCE 

Four Ways has an insurance that covers any accident in its premises or during the activities organized by the school. Neither Four Ways, nor the Host families’ insurance covers the students in case of illness, accident, theft or the loss of personal property. 

We recommend to take out an insurance for this purpose (Health and travel insurance with cover for baggage and personal effects) in your home country before travelling. We can assist you to do so. More information about insurance.

If you come from a country of the European Union, we recommend to travel with the European Health insurance card.

CACELLATIONS 

  • More than 30 days before the beginning of the course: We refund all the money paid except for the 45€ fee. 
  • Between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the course: We refund the money paid except for the 45€ fee and the deposit. 
  • Between 14 and 8 days before the beginning of the course: We refund 50% of the payment for the course except for the deposit and the 45€ fee.  
  • Less than 8 days before the beginning of the course: There is no refund.  
  • The cancellations must be managed in writing. The banking expenses will be deducted from the refund. 
  • Once the course has started it will NOT be possible to cancel, reschedule or recuperate classes that have not been attended by the student. 
  • The one-to-one classes can be cancelled with a minimum of 36 working hours prior to the scheduled class (Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays not included). 

BOOKING FOR ACCOMMODATION (no refund)  

If you book your accommodation through FOUR WAYS, the student must pay: 

  • €45 accommodation management 
  • €100 deposit paid directly to the host/ residence or tourist apartment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the accommodation.
